Enacted in the year 1516 by Duke Wilhelm IV, the historic 'Reinheitsgebot', or Bavarian Purity Law, states that beer can only be made from all natural ingredients, including Barley, Hops, Yeast and Water. It's the law we never break, and it's how all Okanagan Spring beer has been brewed since our beginning.
