Our brewmaster put his own special twist on this traditionally-brewed Weizen which pours to a cloudy, golden-amber colour. The result—a refreshingly original seasonal craft brew with just a hint of apricot.
Pairs with all things summer.
Fragrant and refreshing with a clean finish, this is a full flavour beer features great aromatics and taste. This fruitful beer would pair well with lighter fair like a wide variety of summer salads or seafood dishes and would also be a perfect complement to softer cheeses like brie, camembert or goat cheese.

Apricot Walnut Spread

- Soak apricots in SUMMER WEIZEN overnight; drain; reserving 2 tablespoons SUMMER WEIZEN.
- Place apricots and reserved liquid in a blender or food processor. Process for about 10 seconds. Add cream cheese; process just until blended, about 10-20 seconds. Add walnuts and blend until mixed.
- Store in the refrigerator.
Apricot Walnut Spread
- 85g dried apricots
- 60mL Summer Weizen
- 110g cream cheese, cubed and softened
- 30g chopped walnuts
